This mix is one of my favorite trail mix! A perfect blend of all my favorites!
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Pistachios
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Making your own trail mix is the most easiest thing in the world and requires nothing but a container or jar or a simple zip lock bag.
You simply just combine your favorites in a bowl.
Give it a good shake.
And store it in something air tight.
Nuts are well known to be packed with a lot of protein, fibre and essential fats. They are a great resource of valuable vitamins and minerals. A golf ball-sized portion (about 30g) of unsalted nuts makes a great vitality-boosting snack.
