I love mango – and I love smoothies – so it’s about time I give you the recipes on the three best Mango Smoothies in the world – and with no sugar added!!
– especially also now when the weekend weather is supposed to be with temperatures over the 80’s!! YAY!! :o)
It’s easy, it’s healthy, it’s yummy – it’s nice and refreshing!
I still just use my Magic Bullet – for the convenience of the one glass serving ;o)
The Three Best Mango Smoothies
Mango-Mango Smoothie:
1 cup of fresh or frozen Mango
1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt (or plain Yogurt)
1/2 cup of Milk
… Blend and enjoy!
Mango-Banana Smoothie:
1 Cup fresh or frozen Mango
1/2 fresh or frozen Banana
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (or plain Yogurt)
1/2 cup Milk
… Blend and enjoy!
Mango-Ginger Smoothie:
1 cup fresh or frozen Mango
1/2 inch fresh Ginger (peeled)
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (or plain Yogurt)
