Here I go again – with my never ending love for overnight oats – and coffee. (heehee…) This time combined as what I call overnight oats with espresso and chia. Can a breakfast, snack or lunch-combination be better and more healthy?
I like this Chia Pudding with Mango and Vanilla! It is SO easy to make! It only takes a couple of minutes and then I have a batch in the fridge – for my breakfast or for a snack in the afternoon.
