Now, it’s time to go all in for this Valentines Day and make a lot of homemade sweet hearts cards with your kids.
Valentines Day is all about hearts. With these cards your kid is using their own hands to create a unique heart framed by their hands.
Can it be more cute and personalized than that? It’s like magic happening in front of you the minute you open the card!
On Valentines Day and we all know how kids are looking forward to pass out cards to their friends, families and at school. However, it is very often your “problem” to both find the cards, make them or find out how to make them personal!
This year you should try and make these homemade cards with the print of your kids hands shaping a heart.
It’s super easy to just buy any pre-made card, and wing it off on your to-do-list. However making these Valentine cards are almost easier than buying them.
After all, the store bought ones still need to be personalized with stickers, personal greetings etc.
Surprise your friends, your kids friends and family this year, by making these sweet Valentines cards!
Happy Valentines Day!
XOXO
How to make the sweet hearts:
When you want to make these cute cards, you only need:
- Pink construction Paper
.
- a pencil or marker
- and a pair of scissors.
Start by folding the paper in the middle.
Next you place your kids hand towards the folded side of the paper.
Then you trace around your kids hand with a pencil or a marker.
Finally you cut along the traced line, and when you unfold the card, the magic is there. A cute little heart will form in the middle.
Have a very, happy and pink Valentines Day full of chocolate, laughter and sweet hearts.
