Description
This pasta dish will surprise you – it’s easy, it’s rich in taste and it’s cheap.
– And what I really like about this dish is, that it’s only three ingredients: parmesan, thyme and lemon.
Scale
Ingredients
- 14 oz Spagetti (400g)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (or your own homemade lemon oil)
- 4 oz freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 Tablespoon fresh Thyme
- Juice from 2 Lemons
- Juice from 1 Lime
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- To begin with you cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- Next you mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- However, if you have made your own lemon oil and like to emphasize the taste of lemon, I can recommend switching it out with the suggested plain olive oil. But that is up to you and your tastebuds.
- Finally you add the cooked pasta to the mix of the remaining ingredients.
- You do not have to heat it up, just mix it together.
Notes
Serve with a piece of freshly baked baguette, some extra parmesan and a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
If you have made your own lemon oil and like to emphasize the taste of lemon, I can recommend switching it out with the suggested plain olive oil. But that is up to you and your tastebuds.
