Here I go again with my never ending love for overnight oats, and this time overnight oats with espresso and chia seeds.
The best of the best; coffee and breakfast in one! What a lovely combination.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (or any milk or water)
- 1–2 shot espresso (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
To begin with, find a perfect Glass Jar (14-Ounce) with a matching lid is what I use.
Then just mix all the ingredients and stir.
Store in the refrigerator in the glass jar (or another airtight container) and let the oats soak for at least three hours, ideally overnight.
In the morning, you can add fresh fruit, granola, nuts, yogurt and/or other favorite toppings to your meal.
