Wow what a miracle elixir!
And you can use the beautiful green Matcha Powder in everything from your teas, lattes, smoothies, slushes, juices or how about infuse it in your coctails? You can dust it on top of your savory dishes and use it in your baking – The use of Matcha has no limit.
Bubble drinks (Bubble-, Boba-, Pearl- or Tapioca Ball-drinks) or whatever you call it, is this interesting experience where the drink, hot or cold, is added white, black or colored Tapioca pearls, about the size of small marbles, so you instead of just taking down liquid, now suddenly has something to chew on! Those soft, but chewy tapioca pearls with its slightly caramel flavor are instantly addictive! Try it and be surprised!

1/3 cup of cooked, Tapioca Pearls (any color you like)
1 EXTRA WIDE Fat Boba Drinking Straw
Mix Matcha and juice in a glass and add the cooked tapioca pearls.

Preparing the tapioca pearls:
1 cup of tapioca pearls
10 cups of water
(1 pinch of sugar/honey)
Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot.
Add tapioca slowly into boiling pot and stir lightly until tapioca floats to water surface.
Cook in medium heat for 5-8 minutes and stir occasionally to make sure the pearls are not sticking to each other or to the pot.
Turn off heat and simmer another 5-8 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal taste).
Scoop out tapioca and let it rest in cold water for about 20 seconds.
Remove to a dry bowl and you may mix with a pinch of sugar or honey.
