Well, every kid loves slime – and now when St. Patricks Day is soon coming up – this batch of flubba is a must try!
It only takes two ingredients – and you might already have it in your household.
I used Elmer’s Glitter Glue this time – but you can easily use the regular Elmer’s Glue-All
and color it with Food Color
.
Flubba
Ingredients:
1 cup/1 bottle of Elmer’s Glitter Glue
1 teaspoon of Borax
1 cup of Water
When you start mixing the ingredients – work fast!
Just mix and combine and lift up the slime from the water (uh, that was a rhyme) – it might look not so smooth in the beginning but when you work with it, it will come together and turn out just perfect!.
If you keep it too long in the water the slime will get hard and not at all elastic!
1st Bowl:
Mix 1 cup/1 bottle of Elmer’s Glitter Glue and 1 cup of water (if you use Elmer’s Glue-All
and wants to color the flubba, put in some drops of Food Color
in this water)
2nd Bowl:
Mix 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of Borax.
Gradually add the contents from the 2nd bowl to the first bowl, mixing steadily for a few minutes.
Use your hands to knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
Store in an airtight container.
Have Fun!!!
