Keep your morning eggs warm with these cute crochet bunny egg-hats.
We use them all year round.
My kids simply loves them and think they make their eggs cute and cozy!
I love the hats because the kids actually eats eggs now ;o) -and of course because it keeps my egg warm!!
You only need to know how to make a magic circle (see how here) and a sc (showed below) to make these hats.
I used Spinrite Classic Wool Roving Yarn and a Crochet Hook, Size G, 4.0mm
and mixed the bunnies in different pastels colors I just had.
You will also need a tapestry needle to sew on the ears.

BODY:
R1: Start by making a magic circle with 7 sc.
R2: *2 sc in each* rep 7 times (total 14)
R3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next* rep 7 times
R4: *2 sc in next, 5 sc* rep 3 times
R5: *2 sc in next, 6 sc* rep 3 times
R6: *2 sc in next, 7 sc* rep 3 times
R7-10: sc in each
change color
R11-13: sc in each
Fasten.
EARS:
R1: Start by making a magic circle with 8 sc
R2-4: 1 sc in each sc around (total 8)
R5: *1 sc, sk 1 sc* rep 4 times (total 4)
R6: *1 sc* rep 4 times
R8: *1 sc* rep 4 times
Fasten and leave a long end for sewing on the ear.
