I like this Chia Pudding with Mango and Vanilla!
It is SO easy to make!
It only takes a couple of minutes and then I have a batch in the fridge – for my breakfast or for a snack in the afternoon.
I normally make it and put it in the fridge overnight – but 4 hours in the fridge is enough – so you don’t have to wait that long ;o)
Chia Pudding with Mango and Vanilla
Ingredients: (1 glass)
1 cup of frozen mango
1 cup of your favorite milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Bean Paste (or other vanilla essence or beans from vanilla pod)
Blend the mango and pour into a glass.
Add Chia Seeds to the milk and stir for 4-5 minutes until it becomes a thick pudding.
Add Vanilla Bean Paste and stir.
Pour the chia mixture on top of the mango sauce and cover.
Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. (If you make several portions, make sure to cover – and it will last 4 days)
Serve with fresh fruit or chopped nuts.
Enjoy!
Facts about Chia Seeds:
Chia seeds are small seeds with no flavor.
They absorb 10 times their weight in water, forming a bulky gel.
They are packed with fiber, essential fats, and calcium – and they are the richest plant source of Omega-3 (in fact, they contain more Omega-3 than salmon!)
This recipe is amazing ! I have to try !
It’s one of my favorites too!!!
