My kids loves Jell-O, so of course we had to make these 4th of July Jell-O snacks!
Every time I make Jell-O, I wonder why I don’t make it more often. I always associated Jell-O with kids, but the truth is that the minute I take one bite, I can’t stop myself from scoffing down the whole thing.
I also noticed at the grocery store that there is Lite Jell-O! How did I not know this?? It’s practically zero calorie! I would have loved to make these guilt-free treats but I couldn’t find blue Lite Jell-O. Bugger!
These 4th of July Layered Jello desserts or treats are sure to be the hit of any party!!
And by making it in these cute jars, makes it perfect to bring on your picnic, potluck or just to easy store them in the fridge.
Happy 4th of July!!
