Don’t worry! You can still make it – and add these fantastic, good tasting pfeffernüsse or Danish Pebernødder to your Christmas baking. These cookies are small, crispy and spicy with a touch of white pepper – from where the name has it origin – and they will for sure disappear fast, if you have kids in the house.
