There’s nothing better than homemade bread!
Denmark is known for eating a lot of multi grain breads and top it with every kind of imaginable topping.
Here in the house we have become totally addicted to the Stone Age bread that takes 5 minutes to mix together (and an hour in the oven) and can stay fresh for weeks in the fridge!
We eat it in slices with for example ham, cheese or jam for both breakfast, lunch or just as a snack.
The bread can be made more sweet and sinful by adding a handful of chopped, dried Philippine mangos or if you’re really naughty; chocolate chips. In this way the bread can be eaten as it is, and is a delicious way to quench your hunger if you have a few slices with you on a trip or after sports.
This bread is totally without flour, so even people with gluten intolerance can eat it!
3/4 cup (100g) pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup (100 g) sunflower seeds
3/4 cup (100 g) almonds
3/4 cup (100 g) walnuts
3/4 cup (100 g) flaxseed
3/4 cup (100 g) sesame seeds
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Pour in a greased Bread Pan and bake for one hour at 320 degrees Farenheit (preheated oven).
Enjoy it – and be careful not to become addicted!! ; O)
