This one is so simple – and you will feel like in heaven when trying this combination of sweet tomatoes with the crispy prosciutto, the salty parmesan and the sweet and sour balsamico!

Salad with prosciutto, tomatoes and shaved parmesan
Place the prosciutto individually on a baking sheet with baking parchment on. Bake them in a preheated oven (400 degree Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes until they are lovely crisp.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and mix with the spinach.
Grate the parmesan and the add smaller pieces of the prosciutto to the salad.
Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve with fresh baked bread.
