When you want to do something good for yourself, there is nothing better than finding a stack of magazines or a good book and hang out in your favorite chair with a cup of steaming, aroma-filled ginger and honey tea.
REFRESHING GINGER/HONEY TEA
A piece (1 inch) of peeled, fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
1 tablespoon of honey
Pour boiling water over and let sit a few minutes.
