These Madeleines are not just totally amazing and beautiful – but also super easy and quick to make.
-And It may well be very nice, if you suddenly have unexpected guests… ;o)
I can also guarantee, that you will be quite popular, if you sneak one of these Madeleines into your children’s lunches on Fridays…
Ingredients: (about 24)
Powdered sugar for garnish.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly.
Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder and melted butter.
Spray or butter your Madelaine Pan well and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Fill with one tablespoon of dough in each mold.
Bake about 12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden on top.
Turn out onto a rack to cool.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar through a sieve.
Enjoy – same day as baked.
