I am in a big yogurt phase these days and of course no yogurt without topping – so try this sinful double chocolate granola next time you enjoy your yogurt for breakfast or just feel hungry for fun.
Double Chocolate Granola
2 cups of Oats
1/3 cup of wheat germ
3 spoonful Hershey’s Cocoa
3 spoonful sugar
3 spoonful maple syrup
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
On a tray with baking paper you mix oatmeal, wheat germ, Cocoa and sugar. Drizzle with Maple syrup.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes – REMEMBER! To stir the mixture every 5th minute!
When the mixture has cooled, add raisins, and chocolate chips.
Store in an airtight container for up to a few weeks.
