Ok, you know that I’m a big snack’er, so its about time for yet another snack.
A snack that can be varied in a thousand ways, but in this version it’s made with chili.
It’s a snack you can make in a few minutes, but you will get credit for it for a long time after the bowl is empty!
1 cup almonds
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Roast the almonds in a little oil in a hot pan.
Pour into a bowl and add salt and chili.
Serve hot or cold.
